Programs — IncubatorUmbrella entity · Cyprus

Start operating before you incorporate.

The earliest stage is where most of the money goes to formation, compliance and banking, before anyone knows whether the idea works.

Here early teams work under an existing legal entity, so you can test the hypothesis legally in Cyprus without opening a company first.

01 — How it works

Under our roof, then your own.

Four steps. The navy frame is the existing Cyprus entity your team works under until the hypothesis holds.

Inside an existing Cyprus legal entity
  1. 01

You come in with a hypothesis

An idea, a prototype or a first paying customer, but no company, no bank account, no compliance file yet.

  2. 02

    You work under our entity

Instead of incorporating on day one, you operate under an existing Cyprus legal entity. Contracts and invoicing run through it.

  3. 03

Revenue is collected and passed through

Money from your customers is received by the entity and paid out to you. The programme itself is paid for up front.

  4. 04

You incorporate when it makes sense

Once the hypothesis holds, you set up your own company and move the operation across, with traction already on paper.

02 — What it costs

A flat fee, no equity.

The incubator is paid for up front and takes no share of the company. Equity is the accelerator's model, and a team at this stage has nothing worth diluting yet.

03 — What it removes

The early-stage tax.

What a two-person team usually pays for before the product has proved anything.

  • No day-one incorporation

Company formation, registered address, accounting and the yearly overhead can wait until there is something to protect.

  • No solo compliance run

Onboarding, KYC and the bank account are handled through the entity you operate under, not by a two-person team with no track record.

  • Legal footing in Cyprus

You can sign, invoice and get paid legally while the product is still an experiment.

  • Cash for the test, not for lawyers

The money you have goes into validating the hypothesis instead of into formation and advisory fees.

04 — Who it’s for

A fit if.

  • You are a pre-incorporation team testing a first hypothesis
  • You are relocating to Cyprus and need to start operating before the paperwork lands
  • You have a side project with early revenue that needs a legal way to invoice
  • You are an accelerator candidate who is still one stage too early

The commission, the contract template and eligibility are agreed case by case and are being finalized. Talk to us before you plan around them. The incubator is an operating arrangement, not a fund investment: it does not replace legal or tax advice.
