Programs — AcceleratorPrivate and personalized · packaging
No fixed term. Until the result.
We don’t promise an outcome, but we genuinely take a startup to the stage where it raises a round.
No rigid twelve-week cohort. We take an 8% stake: 3% to the platform and 5% to the mentors who do the work.

01 — Private and personalized
A mentor for your bottleneck, not a syllabus.
There is no cohort curriculum everyone sits through. We find where the startup is actually stuck, put the mentor who knows that specific problem on it, and keep working with the company personally from there.
Every company sits through the same modules in the same order, whatever is actually holding it back.

- The bottleneck
- Its mentor
The experts are picked per problem. A pricing question and a distribution question do not get the same person, and neither gets a generic one.
02 — Mentors
Four packaging niches.
Open a niche to see who works on it.
Positioning, go-to-market and growth that runs as a system rather than on the founder alone.

03 — How it works
The startup journey.
Four stages, and the last one leads back into the second for the next round.
- 01
Diagnostics
A startup comes in and we diagnose it: where it stands and how far it can realistically be taken.
- 02
Packaging
Mentors across the four niches prepare the startup up to round stage: MVP, Seed, C.
- 03
Push to pitch
The ready startup goes to Unicorn, Demo Day and external events, plus individual intros with investors.
- 04
Repackaging
Once a round closes, we package the startup again, scale it and guide it through to the next round.
04 — Economics
How the 8% is split.
The accelerator charges nothing to run. It takes a stake instead, which is why only projects that can realistically reach a round get in: if the company goes nowhere, nobody gets paid.

What the stake buys
Mentors across marketing, sales, finance and project management, each picked for the bottleneck the diagnostic found, rather than a curriculum everyone sits through.
10% from subcontracted work
Where a job goes out to a subcontractor through us, 10% of that fee comes back to the accelerator, so the people supervising the work have a reason to keep supervising it.
Written down first
The exact stake is agreed per company before any work starts, and it is written down before anyone signs.
05 — Apply
Take it to the round.
Tell us where the product is and what is blocking it. The diagnostic comes first; the stake is agreed before any work starts.
